With 24/7 staff response and help with daily needs, living in Terrace East at Menno Apartments provides residents and their families with peace of mind. Modern and comfortable, Terrace East was built in 2005. Apartments feature a walk-in shower, kitchenette with a two-burner countertop stove, bar-sized fridge with small freezer, and a convection microwave oven. Residents enjoy two daily meals in the dining room, weekly housekeeping and linen laundering services, and a variety of recreational activities. Residents enter assisted living after an assessment that determines their need for additional care. This can include: medication checks and reminders, safety checks, daily personal care, and shower assistance.

STAFF RESPONSE
Menno Apartments' care staff are always present for residents and available to respond to emergencies. Personalized Daily Care in 30-minute increments is also available for an additional cost.

DAILY MEALS
Lunch and a light evening meal are served every day in the dining room with a wide range of serving sizes and seasonal options. Food allergies and special diets can be accommodated.
SUBSIDIZED
ASSISTED LIVING
Seniors with low to moderate incomes may qualify for a Fraser Health subsidy equal to 70% of their most recent year’s after-tax income. Contact Fraser Health directly at 1-855-412-2121 to set up an assessment of your needs.
PRIVATE-PAY ASSISTED LIVING
Residents who pay privately for Assisted Living qualify through an assessment with Menno Apartments. Applications and waitlists are separate from Fraser Health Subsidized Assisted Living.
